Wednesdays at 6pm February 1st to March 29th. The holidays are over, come and get or stay in shape. This is exercise in disguise. Low impact aerobics with easy to follow dance steps. Instructor Sally Richardson All 8 classes $100. Drop in class $20. Please note no class on February 22nd.
