FITNESS: Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays Stay Fit with Tsuyumi at the Montauk Library

Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.Please join Tsuyumi for a fun, light-hearted class using chair exercises with 1-2- 3 lb for full- body strengthening and stretching. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She studied anatomy, kinesiology and fitness. Free. Open to all. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring your own yoga mat and weights.
