FITNESS: Fridays CHAIR YOGA with Tsuyumi at the Montauk Library

Fridays: Enjoy breathing practice, chanting and gentle yoga poses. Chairs will be used for this class. Leave energized, more centered and calm. Tsuyumi is a certified Integral Yoga instructor. She studied anatomy, kinesiology and fitness.
